Our Wish List

Some of our social outreach efforts include visiting local schools and communities to give presentations on the conservation processes at Mulala. Often, there is no TV or computer to showcase our education material. A projector would allow us to reach wider audiences more effectively.

Currently, there is only one dive computer on site. While some of our volunteers are lucky enough to bring their own from home, we do have new divers who do not own a dive computer. Having a computer for our volunteers to use will increase diving experience, data collection, and project safety.

Part of the protection of our sanctuary includes daily patrols to ensure that nobody is fishing or collecting from the beach. This is a constant job that takes attention away from our main purpose: cultivating and rehabilitating our coral reefs. We have found that a drone allows us the opportunity to successfully patrol the beach, while at the same time focusing our energy on broader  goals.

This marine sanctuary cannot work without your support. Help us make a difference in the world by supporting our fundraising campaign for marine wildlife protection.  By supporting our fundraising campaign, you'll be contributing to protecting and restoring corals in the Indian sea, conserving mangroves and supporting many more projects. As corals and mangroves are important eco-systems you are going to provide a stable source of food and income for the local people of Mozambique.
